3rd and Last Cake

Notice the heart in the middle of the top rose. I think it's fun, but I didn't do it on purpose. :)

Last night was my last Wilton Cake Class. I finally learned how to make a rose. I made many not so good ones and a few good ones. I hope you enjoyed the cake pictures!

Your cakes are beautiful, Erin! Sorry I don't comment often, but I do read regularly. You won't believe who I talked to last week...Mr. Parks! It made me miss you and David and good ole UM. :-) (No, we don't talk regularly, but I'm finally going back to school and I needed a reference from him, if you're wondering.) Of course he was the same old Mr. Parks. I could almost see him clicking his heels, saluting upside-down, and saying "Code of the West!" :-) Keep blogging, because I enjoy reading. Some day or another we need to get together and catch up. In the mean time, Happy Thanksgiving!

Oh, Diana, I am so glad to hear from you! You are such a sweetie! That's so fun that you talked to Mr. Parks...have you heard he is finally, officially Dr. Parks? Of course, he will always, forever be our "Mr. Parks". Thanks for that little reminder of him. It makes me smile. I miss those days at UM so and miss seeing all my Learning Center buddies too. We always had a great time in there! I am so glad to know that you are reading my blog! I truly hope we will be able to get together and catch up too! Maybe one day David will be teaching at NOBTS. ;) You will probably be long gone by then. Oh well! Thanks for commenting! I have been thinking alot lately about how many people read my blog and never comment. ;) I enjoyed hearing from you!
