Bye Bye Beach :(

Well, we just got home from the beach in Gulf Shores, AL. It was sooooooooooo good to be back down there! I really loved it! My family has a timeshare. We used to go all the time when we were little so it holds some good memories! I didn't realize how much I missed the beach and getting in the waves! The trip was really good. We went to the Shrimp Festival a couple of days and spent some time in the gulf and the pool and on the deck. What fun! I just had such a great time, can't you tell? On the way home today, we went to the outlet mall in Foley to go shopping! Woohoo! We had a great time and came home with alot of loot! David even got some stuff that he will have to see later. ;) I will say that the worst part was waking up last night feeling so sick I was about to throw up. I did and after that, I was ok the rest of the night. I have no idea why I got so sick, but I am glad to be feeling better now. I don't feel great, but I feel ten times better than I did last night. Sorry for the aside, but blogs include the good and the bad, right? So, here are some pictures from our trip (none from last night, of course ;) ). I hope you enjoy!

Mr. David, Mrs. Katrina(2nd parents to me ;) ), me, my mom, my dad on the beach the first night for sunset.

Me and my Mommy (Diane)!

The sunset on the first night. Isn't it beautiful???

My mom, me and my dad.

Isn't this a good picture that my dad took of the moon?
My brother-in-law, James; my sister, Carrie; me and my dad, Curtis

Having fun in the pool!

"Sisters, Sisters, there were never such devoted sisters!" I love her and am so glad I got to spend this time with her!

Daddy and his girls!
Me and my Daddy. I am a remake of him.

The whole Emigh family minus my David, of course :(

The whole gang that went down to the beach. (Shhhh, don't tell the people we had more than 6 people in the condo!)

For those of you that know my sis and I, you know how different we have always been. As we have gotten older, we have gotten more alike. This night we had both decided to order the same thing without each other knowing so we ended up sharing. We even both ordered Sprites! It was fun and a great memory! I am so glad we get along so much better now!

This is me walking along the beach the last night we were there. I am on the phone with David. I wish he was there in person!

Soooooooo, are you coming home tomorrow or staying?!?!?!?!?!?!?!

Also, I hope that you aren't getting what we had here. With Annagail, it started with throwing up, but just for a an hour or so, then it was over. Weird!

I hope you are feeling better by now and are staying for good reason!!!

love you!!!!!

Glad you guys had so much fun and I'm even more glad that you haven't had to run back to NC yet! Enjoy Dr. Lawson tomorrow!

To two great friends...

I don't know yet if I will be going back early. AF is not due (according to last month's cycle) until tomorrow. I haven't taken a pg test yet (I try to avoid that as much as possible.) I am feeling just fine now. Me being sick like that so quickly and now being fine is so weird to me. (Angela, I really hope I don't get strep throat!) I will say that I had a little bit of spotting today which usually signifies that my period is coming. One thing I have been missing is the cramping I usually get. I think my period may just be later this month than last because of all the previously mentioned reasons about my lasts visits to the doctor. Please be praying for me that I won't get my hopes up and that every piece of me will be trusting God for EVERY outcome. Thanks!

Asking God to provide you with Grace and with faith friend! You will trust God. It may be through tears and that is okay, but you will trust Him. And when you think you can't, call me. Call Abb. or better yet--call up that hubby of yours and trust together.

Disconnecting this machine and praying for you right now! I love you!

Thanks, friend! I could never tell you how much I appreciate you! I am so glad God brought us together! ;)

I am actually headed to call the hubby now. He doesn't even know I was sick last night. I should probably tell him. ;)

Love you!

Hope you are feeling better today! I watched the True Woman Conference this past weekend online and Janet Parshall gave a message that I just cried and cried during it! It was about Hannah and even though Shane and I are not struggling to have a child right now it still meant so much to me. If you get a chance, you should listen to it. One thing she said "if God doesn't give me what I want, will I still trust?" I'm so thankful to see you and David trusting and resting in God! Shane and I will continue to pray for you guys. I'm reminded of that song that my mom used to sing to us:

"In His time, In His time. He makes all things beautiful in His time. Lord, my life to You I bring. May each song I have to sing. Be to you a lovely thing, in Your time."

Thanks for the encouragement, Abby. I will have to look into the message from Janet Parshall. I have to say I have no idea who she is nor who Hannah is so I will have to listen to see.

FYI - I got a neg pg test this morning and am still spotting a little bit every once in a while. I am expecting my period soon, but I hope it won't come until at least Thursday. If it comes before then, I will have to go home early. Two words: I'm sad. :( I think I had my hopes up a little more than usual this month.

Three words for you: I'm sad too! I love you and David and I'm sad that it seems as if God is telling you to wait again. I pray you will always remember this season of waiting and be able to say my God is great at a later point in life!

I just tried to call you, then came here. I'm sorry friend. Ia m so glad that you are there with your Mama. I know it is hard to feel comfort in this from our Heavenly Father right now. Praise the Lord that He has you there, with your earthly parents, so that they can love on you in that way only your sweet Mama and your great Daddy can, right?

Missing you today and wishing that we were closer in distance, so that I could go to Bed, Bath, and beyond or something to take your mind off of things.
