Caroline's First Snow!

We were starting to get Caroline ready for bed and looked out the window to see the snow had started! We took her out for her first look at snow!



I think she didn't know what was going on at first, but then......

I think she LOVED it!!!!!!!!!!!

We will be going out in it with her again tomorrow! Look for more pictures!

I Love...

-how good you were on New Year's Eve at a party at our Sunday School Teacher's house. We had so much fun, but we didn't stay late. You're a little too young for that just yet!

-seeing you snuggling with your Daddy in the bed. I see you trying to sneakily get the remote!

-how good you were at the adults only party with one of the Sunday School classes at church. They told us it would be fine to bring you. Most people didn't even know you were there because you were so quiet!

You played with the white elephant gift Daddy ended up with for a while. You are fascinated with the simplest things these days!

-you, my sweet, baby girl! Notice your bib that says "Brand New Baby, Brand New Year"! I'm so glad you are here!!!!!!!!!!!

-your HUGE, super cute, gummy smile!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

-seeing you in all the super cute positions you like to be in. I have no idea why you like so many weird positions, but it doesn't matter, it's so cute!

-how easily you are entertained. You are such a good and happy baby. I love being your Mommy!

-you "maxin' and relaxin' " while playing with your toys. You just look so comfortable in this picture!

-you "drinking" Daddy's soda. This picture completely cracks me up because it looks like you are drinking the soda, but there's no way we would let you do that yet!

-you standing up. You are becoming such a big girl and you will stand up balanced on something for a little bit before you start to fall over. What happened to my tiny girl that relied on Momma for everything?

-how you love the new toy Aunt Carrie gave you. Of course, as you can see in this picture, you really love tags more than the toys sometimes.

-that you are such a great sleeper!!! You sleep between 11 and 12 hours every night and 3 - 4 hours total in naps during the day. I am so thankful!

-to see you fascinated with our computer. You have your own (picture below), but you just love Mommy and Daddy's!

-your "God's Child" paci. There's your new laptop too. You enjoy playing with it!

-how you love to play with paper much more than your toys sometimes. It's so funny!

-seeing you with your "adoptive brothers and sisters". We had a great time when we had our Christmas celebration with the Murrays. It was a blast!

-seeing you sit in a shopping cart for the first time! Since you are sitting up, it was time to try you in a shopping cart. You did really well and I think you enjoyed it pretty well!

-watching you sleep! I say it all the time, but it's so amazing to watch you slumbering away. It's even more wonderful to hold you while you sleep! I love you!

-you in your Alabama outfit. This is the night Alabama won the SEC Championship! You love football already. Roll Tide!

-your necklace Daddy made you. You thought it was pretty cool!

-the joy that you exhibit when you are taking a bath! It's so much fun to play with you!
