-seeing you sleeping so sweetly on Christmas morning. We had a wonderful day with you, but I still hated to wake you up when you were sleeping so well!

-seeing you with your Great-Grandma Lane (Nonna's Mom). This was your first time with her. You are her first great-grandchild and she was just so excited to get to see you and hold you. It was such a special time for us!

I have been looking forward to this photo for a very LONG time! This is FOUR generations of Lane women. LOVE it! I am SO glad you got to meet your Great-Grandma!

-seeing you sitting in your Bumbo during your first Christmas dinner at Poppa and Nonna's house! We had a great time!

-you as my little Christmas present. You look so cute with that little bow on your head.

-to see you grab your feet so you can chew on your toes. It's so cute! You do it all the time!

-to give you your baths. I've said that many times before and it's still true! You are so much fun! You can be SO fussy, but if we put you in your bath, you are so happy!

Campbell helped give you your bath this day. You can see her head in the left side of the picture. She loved it!

-seeing you sit up so well! It was during this trip that you just started sitting up. You gave Mommy no preparation! I was shocked to see how well you were doing. Also, see how cute you look in your Christmas dress!

-this picture of you, Aunt Carrie and me! We had some good time with her this trip and we miss her so much!

-seeing you and your Daddy together. I know I say that all the time, but it really is so amazing. The other day, Daddy had gotten you to sleep and he was standing behind me holding you. I overheard him whisper, "You are so beautiful". Let me tell you, that just melted my heart to hear! I am so thankful for him! He's such a wonderful Daddy!

-how well you did sleeping on our trip home. This is where you slept at your Grammy and Pops' house!

-how you just fell asleep in your Grammy's arms while we were eating breakfast one morning. It was just too cute to see you sitting like that with your thumb in your mouth!

-to watch you as you grow up. I just can't believe that you are sitting up now! You are such an amazing girl! I love you!

-amazing, you! Caroline, I cannot imagine life without you! You are my precious, wonderful and amazing little girl! I love you so much! We are so blessed to have you!

My Little Squealer & 100th Post!

First of all, this is my 100th post! I can't believe I have written 100 posts. It's pretty neat to look back and see what has gone on in our lives since August of 2008. I am so thankful that I have these memories to look back on and see how God has been so faithful to us and to see all the amazing things He has done!

Second, Caroline has started talking ALOT over the last couple of weeks. It is so cool to hear her talking to us and to her toys (mostly to her toys)! Just over the last couple of days, she has started squealing all the time in her talking. It is just so precious and I just love to sit and listen to her talking! She almost always does it in the car now and I love to just listen. I am so thankful for this girl! I hope you enjoy this video!

What I Love About You...21 Weeks

21 Weeks
December 24, 2009

I Love....
-how you discovered yourself a new toy....a Zaxby's cup. It's funny how you just love to play with things like paper, boxes and cups instead of your toys. (That happened alot during Christmas week. Those pics are to come.)

-to see what new position I am going to find you in every morning.
The night before this, you started in your positioner with your head to the left and legs to the right. We found you completely out of your positioner and turned 180 degrees the next morning. This is also why you don't sleep in your positioner anymore!
This was your first experience in a hotel crib. You liked sticking your hand in between the railings and making noise playing with them as well.

This is your first night in Mobile for our Chirstmas trip. You did really well while we were there!

-seeing you with my friend, Kelly! She, her husband, Evan, and her son, Owen, came to visit us one evening. It was so good to see them! I can't believe we both have kiddos now!

-how you loved playing with Brandy and Bryant (our families' dogs) while we were in Mobile. I'll have to look for a picture of you and Bryant. This is you "riding" Brandy.

-how you just love your baths. This was your new tub. We had to return it because the screws already started to rust. We couldn't believe it was so soon! Don't worry! Your new one is on order!

-how sweet you were when you met everyone from Daddy's side of the family. You got passed around all night and you just loved it! Here are some pictures with some of them. I didn't get all of them, but here are some.
You and Campbell

You and Fisher

This is the only shot I have of you and Ragan (in the bottom corner). Great Aunt Sue, Greyson and Ronin are in this picture too.

You and Greyson

Everyone really enjoyed getting to meet you and I thoroughly enjoyed showing you off! I'm so proud you are my little girl! You are amazing, sweet Caroline!

I Just Had to Share...

Caroline woke up just a talking this morning. I love it when she wakes up happy and not crying. :D Anyway, I went in to get her to start our day. When I looked over at her in her crib, she SQUEALED with delight when she saw me! You know that made this Momma's heart so incredibly happy! I am really seeing her reaching for me and wanting to specifically be with me lately. I love it!!! Anyway, I just had to share that sweet moment I had with my beautiful Caroline this morning!

I love you, sweet Caroline!
