I Love...

-walking into your room in the morning after you wake up and seeing a big smile on your face!!! I pick you up and you always lay on my soldier & snuggle for a bit. I love that time with you!

-your baths. You have SO much fun during your baths! You have now figured out how to turn around and stand up to be able to get to your toys. It's very scary! I have to stay very close!

You ended up backwards in the tub after your escapade.

-how much fun you have with ANYTHING! You are such a good baby. You do like to make messes though. You tried to completely clean out your closet the other day. I'm so glad I was able to stop you before it got to be too much!

-how funny this is. Your Daddy just had to put this on your head after our photo shoot the other day. You tried your best to get it off, but never could and because you are such a chill baby you just went on about your business like it wasn't bothering you.

I Love...

-playing in the water with you. Notice the first picture. It was your first reaction when we put you in your new toy. The water was really cold and you didn't like everything spraying at you. Once Daddy turned down the spraying, you had lots of fun!

-you relaxing on me! I love just chill time with you. You aren't willing to sit still and cuddle often, but when you are, I love it!

-your first two teeth! You have had them for weeks now, but I finally got a picture where you can see them! I discovered them for the first time on April 10th.

9 Months Old

Caroline turned 9 months old on April 30th. My friend, Angela Murray, took her 9 month photos. There are 2 below. They are the only ones I have so far, but she will be adding the rest to her photo site soon. If you click on her name above, you can go there.

Caroline is such a treasure. She is getting around so well now and is even trying to walk quite a bit. She still loves for me to hold her and I am trying to treasure every minute of that. She still just has 2 teeth and they haven't come in all the way yet. She loves to eat solid foods. I really think her favorite is zucchini. She still loves to pull all of the toys out of the toy bin when she can get to it. She is just amazingly beautiful. I know I am very partial, but she really is the most beautiful baby I have ever seen!

I Love...

-seeing you play with your new toy from Nonna & Poppa. You can ride it and walk with it. You are starting to show lots of progress towards walking. I can't believe it is already getting close to time for that!

-seeing you hanging out with your Poppa. You were both zoned in on the TV this day.

-my first Mother's Day with you! It was also the day of your dedication and I am so glad the Lord has blessed us with you!

This is my new favorite picture of us. It was taken on Mother's Day. I am so thankful for you!

-that you are a pretty neat eater. This is a teething biscuit. Everyone says they hate them because they are so messy, but you don't make much of a mess with it.

-your crazy Daddy's positions for you. You love almost all of them. I guess you are just like him!

I Love...

-just how sweet you are and how sweetly you play. You are such an amazing girl!

-bath time with you and Daddy. You look so cute in your hooded towel!

-how you are getting around so well. This box was sitting on the floor and you found it fun to push it around. You slid it all around the floor.

-you!!! You are so beautiful, wonderful, sweet and loving! I love you, sweet Caroline!!!

-this picture of you. You like to sleep like this alot. This day you were particularly cute because of the beautiful skirt you had on. I love it!

-watching you playing with the laundry basket. You find so much fun in such common things! You also enjoy getting in it and being pushed around. You are so much fun!

I love...

-how mobile you are getting these days. This is when you crawled into the kitchen from the living room. You are crawling all over the place now.

-how you LOVE yogurt! It's very good for you! You also like to play with the containers. I think you are trying to find more, but it's always gone.

-your cute little naked self! This is what happens when it's time for bed and you are flipping around trying to get to all the things on the dresser.

-seeing you just chillin' on my bed with my hairbrush. It looks like you are practicing to play the guitar in the future. You are such a fun girl!

-playing "Where's Caroline?" with you. It's so much fun! You kept putting your outfit over your face and I would say, "Where's Caroline?" and you would lower it and look at me and we would do this over and over. We do this all the time! You love it and laugh so much! There is a video of this below.

Here is a link to a really cute video of Caroline that wouldn't load on here so it is on youtube. She loves to play with a gumball machine she has and this video is the first time she figured out how to put the gumballs back in. She is getting to be a big girl and is learning so many new things every day!
